June GA Work Trip:

Let's Finish No-Name Relo!


It's arrived close to the finish line! Yes, the No-Name Gap relocation north of Three Forks has just a short
way to go in construction to be complete, and we hope and plan to finish it on the June 9 (Saturday)
work trip. A special team of four (Darcy Douglas, Michael O'Brian, Mark Yost, and George Owen) cleared
and loosened the final part of the route to the rejoining of the trail on the ridge on May 18.


So we need a good team of workers to come on out and complete the job June 9. Then you can tell folks the rest of your life that you completed this section of the BMT. Join us for breakfast at 8:00 a.m. at the Village Restaurant in Blue Ridge or at the Three Forks location at 9:20. It would help if you would let me know you are coming, but come on anyhow!
