Here is the Activities List for the next three months for the Association. At the bottom of this Email,
you will find the link to the latest Issue of the Newsletter. For some activities, although dates are given,
the exact meeting time and location are not finalized yet, especially for the "out" months. In later
issues of the Activities List, those details will be publicized. You will get an email like this the end of
each month covering the next three months to allow you to plan your schedule.

Remember, BMTA Memberships run with the calendar year. If you have not renewed yet, go to
http://www.bmta.org/Membership.php and renew. You can use Credit or Debit Cards, your Paypal
Account, or send us a check if you prefer.

Sat, Dec 11 - TN/NC BMTA Worktrip - Tapoco BMT Section 19c - This is located on Route 129 at the
TN / NC Border. We plan to log and brush out this section which was damaged by fire this past year.
Also, we will flag a possible reroute to create switchbacks to get rid of the very steep section near
the top. Once our flagged route is approved by Tapoco, then we can plan future trips to build the

December 18 - Holiday Hike: Helen, GA to Unicoi State Park Lodge and return. This will be an easy-
moderate and scenic 5.8 mile round trip hike originating and ending in Unicoi City Hill Park in Helen,
GA. We will eat a buffet lunch at the Lodge (or bring your own) and admire the holiday decorations.
