I know a lot of you folks are planning to attend the BMTA 30th Anniversary/Annual Meeting festivities,
but just have not gotten around to registering yet! Time is running out! Registration is easier than ever
this year. Just click on the link in the www.bmta.org Home Page titled Pre-Register Now. You will be
taken to a page which has detailed descriptions of the weekend events and where you can register
for your meal and order a commemorative tee shirt through PayPal using a credit card or your PayPal
account.

Important! The cutoff date for ordering your meal is Friday Oct. 22. After that date a meal cannot be
guaranteed.


Out-of-towners: the following is a list of accommodations available in the area. Rooms should be
readily available, since the autumn rush season is over by Sunday, October 31. A well kept secret
is the fact that autumn now seems to extend several weeks into November.

Local folks: This past year a large number of new members living in the counties surrounding Blue
Ridge have joined the BMTA. The annual meeting weekend would be the perfect time to come out
and meet some of your BMTA neighbors with common interests. We would like to see a good
turnout of local folks for our festivities.
