Georgia BMTA Work Trip This Saturday, April 10;


GA BMT Walk-Thru on May 8



Our monthly Georgia maintenance trip this Saturday, April 10, will meet at 8:00 a.m. at the
Village Restaurant in Blue Ridge. Alternate meeting time/place is 9:10 at Skeenah Gap. The work
will involve trimming, waterbar creation, and some cutting out of downed trees on the trail. Work
will begin right at the county road through the gap and continue westward.

This is an easily accessible section and should not be a difficult section to work. If you have never
been on a worktrip, this would be a good introduction for new members to the trail maintenance
process.
