BMTA members. Attached is information on the upcoming Hemlock Help Clinic, to be held in
Tellico Plains on Feb 6. There is a poster suitable for printing off and putting on community
bulletin boards etc. Also small post card sized handouts can be printed off. And a press release
for newspapers, etc. Also a TIFF file which could be used by newspapers and newsletter editors.
Please do the following:

1. Consider attending
2. Print off copies of the poster and put them around in your community
3. Use every opportunity you see to get the word out mouth to mouth
4. I am sending the info to local papers and organizations who might be interested, but please get
this info into the hands of your own local organizations and hiking/outdoor clubs. And Dick Evans,
please do this in the Robbinsville area, since you all are just over the mountains from us, an easy
drive on the skyway.

We need to put the BMTA tri-fold board up as well and give a brief presentation on the BMTA.
Ralph, can you help us out on this? Or get someone to come up with the board and do it in your
place?
