Save the date!! The BMTA 2009 Annual Meeting date has been set. We will hold our annual
meeting retreat at Coker Creek in Tennessee on the weekend of November 6,7 &8. We plan to
make this annual meeting one of the best ever. See the information on accommodations and
meals in the attachment above. Friday, Saturday and Sunday there will be hikes. This is a great
location and there are many good hiking opportunities. Saturday evening we will hold the annual
meeting. The food is all you can eat and reported to be really good. In order to have a really
good event we need to have a good turnout.
