Since this is my section, I'll reply also.

This section was worked one day by me (early June, I think) just before
I left for a month in Switzerland. At that time there was no big tree down
anywhere on the section, so this is a new one down. I would be interested
to know if the trail across the mountaintop meadow is still clear.
