BIG PLANS!!!

With spring in full swing, the goal for the month of May is to put a HUGE
dent in some rather remote areas of the BMT Tennessee region. The most
remote areas are a difficult sell to a potential maintainer, so we have some
"orphaned" sections that are in bad need of help. We've made some major
progress on some of these sections, but we need some more help... on May
9 through 12, we would like to have a multi-day work trip in the middle of the
worst sections. Come when you can, leave when you must, but we will have
a campsite just below Beaverdam Bald.

Motel accommodations are available at Green Cove, not far from the work
site, for those wanting to attend, but don't wish to camp [Google "Green
Cove Motel & Trailer Camp, TN" for details: Phone (423) 253-2069]. Also,
a 4 wheel drive vehicle is advised to get to the work site. Alternate
transportation is possible for those who don't...we just need to plan ahead,
and communicate.
