To date the BMTA board of directors has avoided filling up everyone's emails with
memberwide broadcasts, but we feel that we must now respond to the many negative
emails that have been broadcast by others. The attached letter is the board's explanation
of why we took the action to expell Bill Ristom from the board. This letter was first written
to be mailed on Feb. 8 but I supressed it at that time to give Bill a chance to try to work
the problems out with the board but now it appears that I was wrong to do so.
