Hello friends,
Attached is your BMTA e-Newsletter. From the front page article, it's plain that the Annual Meeting is upon us. We're a little late getting the word out this year so please contact Registrar Linda Davis (mldavi5@bellsouth.net, or 423-476-3894) to make your reservations right away.
The weather for both work trips this weekend is supposed to be awesome. Please join Pam and Kent Mathews on the Tellico River, or my outing on the Blue Ridge Parkway. (See Outings Calendar for details.) If you'd like to take advantage of the free camping at Daughton Park, please let me know by tomorrow so that campsites can be reserved. We have two groups going up Friday afternoon, one to stay at Kincora Hostel (on the AT), the other from Asheville headed to Daughton Park. Carpools may be available -- reply to this message for more info.
